Hug Me Again Collectible bear "Sophie" standing about 7.5 inch tall.

Hello & Welcome!

My name is Sophie and it's so nice of you to visit me! I'm a little bear standing about 7.5" tall (19cm).

My slightly balded an aged coat consists of hand dyed mohair fabric in a dusty pink color,  stained and painted to look vintage and worn. My paws are from a tick wool felt. I look cuddled and very worn and I am in good weight! I have aged black glass eyes and an embroidered nose and claws on my paws.

Vivianne made the sweetest little blouse for me to wear with beautiful lace and a cute hand dyed silk ribbon mini bow. The blouse is attached at the back with a small, bronze-colored press-button so I can easily take it off.  I will bring my handmade name and brand tags along, wherever the journey takes me.

- My HMA collectibles are carefully aged, distressed and most of the times hand painted with various techniques to make them appear of old age and very well hugged, there may be a strong smell from the paint I use to paint the bears, this will eventually dissipate.

- I use a mixture of soft filling, mineral granules and for the tiny bears steel shot so they all have a very nice hug me again & lift me up weight.

- I use glass eyes only, not the very well known plastic safety eyes, therefore my creations are not suitable as toy’ for children. My creations are meant for display.
